I will hold space for you and be there before, during and after baby comes. Includes prenatal visits, doula support during birth, postpartum planning, and a postpartum visit. As you birth, I will provide emotional and physical support as well as advocate for your desired experience.

Each ball includes anti-slip texture, durable material, and a birth affirmation. Ball purchase includes pump and ball plug. It is strictly weight-tested and can resist up to 330 lbs. I have a vision. One where women are held and honored as they traverse the depths of childbirth. One where they are surrounded by their mothers, sisters and friends who trust their bodies and are connected to their intuition. One where they feel supported and witnessed as they see the power within themselves. My journey started when I gave birth to my first son. It was such an empowering experience that changed everything for me. Since then, I have guided couples as they navigate pregnancy, held space for women as their doula and gave birth to my second son in our home. I am passionately working to make this vision a reality one birth at a time. When I am not at a birth, you will most likely find me outside with my family or curled up reading a book. Oh and I really love traveling and food but especially when paired together.
